Cancellation Policy
Booking & Treatment Policy The Beauty Academy LTD Dear Clients, To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking and treatment policy below. This policy applies to all treatments, including laser, permanent makeup, and advanced aesthetic procedures. ⸻ Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee of 10% is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your treatment total on the day. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Clients who fail to attend without notice may be charged in full or refused future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. The booking fee will not be refunded in these cases. ⸻ Patch Testing A patch test is mandatory prior to all laser, permanent makeup, and selected skin treatments. This must be carried out at least 24–48 hours in advance, and in some cases up to 6 weeks prior (e.g. for laser hair removal on darker skin types). You will be informed of your specific patch test requirement before your appointment. If your patch test is missed or refused, the treatment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. ⸻ Medical & Health Disclosure It is essential that all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications are disclosed prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or refusal of treatment. ⸻ Payment Methods We accept card, cash, and PayPal.
